Day 3

Water Journal

Water Journal by Molly
Water is Life, Water as Life
Original Drylab Journal Page

What is your relationship with water? Do you view water as alive? Or as what keeps you alive? Do you think about this relationship at all? This is your time to reflect on water and you — together.

We invite you to do this weekly, daily, or as often as feels right during the next 30 days.

Give yourself about 20 minutes and choose the tools to journal that feels right to you (words, pictures, movements, music, or beyond!)

Our original drylab participants journaled throughout their month of living with 4 gallons of water a day. Here’s what one participant said:

“we’ve worked out our systems for limited water use, and we know how much we actually need. And perhaps more importantly, we have formed a community- a deep caring for each other’s well-being.”

Check out our community journals during the 2017 drylab experiment.

Día 3

Diario de agua

Water Journal by Molly
Water is Life, Water as Life
